Mold design quality control:
DFM (Design for manufacture) analysis.
Study customer’s specification in detail.
Check the mold drawing as per customer’s specification and standard (mold technique data) before we send to our customer for approval, then proceed with mold making.
Complex mold should have engineering meeting, we must ensure the mold structure is suitable for mold making and molding.
Mold making quality control:
Order the steel and mold base from brand manufacturers with guarantee.
Incoming material and components inspection.
IPQC inspection.
Electrode inspection.
Machining process inspection.
Tooling steel dimension control.
Heat treating with guarantee.
Molding samples quality control:
FAI (First Article Inspection).
Injection parameter and test video record.
Full dimension inspection.
